About 12 years ago I saw my first eclipse in Belgium, although it was not a total one, there was more to see that the one today! Because of course it was cloudy.
The one positive side about this is that we could experience real darkness at 9:11 am for about three minutes. Pretty fun.
Four minutes after the sun came out for about a minute, just enough time to snap some pictures. Here is one of the and basicly the other 7 look almost the same ;) Just want to share this one with you.

Yep, last solar eclipse was in 1999 for us...I remember because I just had had the results of my baccalauréat. It was a total solar eclipse where I was in France, but maybe not further up north.
